1909 Italianate landmark on First Hill with a wood-panelled fireside bar. Old Seattle, done well.

Right inside Pike Place with a rooftop deck over Elliott Bay. Location you cannot beat.

Design-led and reasonable, a block from the market, with a good all-day diner downstairs.
