447 Historic Main Street, open 11am–1am on weekdays and from 10am at weekends, 21+ throughout. No reservations and no held tables; buffalo burgers and a year-round heated rooftop patio that actually works in winter. Under-21s go next door to the Annex.

352 Main Street, open daily 11am–1am with live music every single night — local, regional and touring acts across rock, country, celtic, folk, bluegrass and blues. The most reliable place in town to find a band on a random Tuesday.

High West's Old Town saloon pours the distillery's own whiskeys and ryes and is the one Park City drink with a story attached. The working distillery and tasting room is out at 27649 Old Lincoln Hwy in Wanship, open Wednesday to Sunday 10:30am–3:30pm for tours — that is a drive, not a walk from Main Street.

438 Main Street. The restaurant closes at 9 or 10pm, but the Tavern is the late room: Thursday to Saturday 6pm–1am with pool, darts, DJs and karaoke 9pm–1am on Saturdays.

751 Lower Main Street in the Caledonian Hotel at the base of the Town Lift, with a 21+ wood-panelled whiskey bar attached to the steakhouse. Open daily 4–10pm, which tells you how Park City evenings run: this is a drink before midnight, not a night out.
