Large DJ club inside Resorts World at 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd, running Thursday to Saturday with booked headliners rather than a resident house band. Entry is per event through the venue's own booking page and table service is handled by their VIP host team, so check the calendar before you turn up.

The covered five-block pedestrian mall downtown, with free live concerts under the overhead screen and the SlotZilla zipline overhead. Walking in costs nothing; the garages charge $4 an hour on weekdays and $5 at weekends, capped at $20 and $25 for the day.

Las Vegas' oldest freestanding bar, licensed since 1952, at 917 E Fremont St in the Fremont East district, a few minutes' walk east of the canopy. Open noon to 2am Sunday to Thursday and noon to 3am on Friday and Saturday, with draft beer and bar food rather than bottle service.

Tiki bar at 3939 Spring Mountain Rd in Chinatown, open 24 hours, 21 and over, and strict about wanting a physical ID rather than a phone photo. Tropical cocktails with DJs and live music most days; it is the standard late stop once the Strip has stopped being good value.

The spherical venue east of the Strip, running a mix of the purpose-built screen show and music residencies; recent billing has included The Wizard of Oz at Sphere alongside Backstreet Boys, Eagles and Metallica dates. Everything is ticketed in advance through the venue's own listings, and shows sell out well ahead.
