Twice-weekly evening rodeos at the county fairgrounds from late spring to early autumn — bull riding, barrel racing and a calf scramble for children.

Season runs late November to early April, with 4,139 feet of vertical and a reputation built on Corbet's Couloir. A big-air contest on that chute runs midwinter.

A spring relay down Snow King and along the Snake — ski, bike, boat — contested by serious teams and by people in costume, in roughly equal numbers.

Steep, floodlit into the evening and cheap by valley standards, with a summer alpine slide and a hill climb up the same face.
