FIESTA SIDE
Where Cabo Polonio goes after dark — bars, live music and the late ones worth staying up for.

La Perla del Cabo
The village's best-known kitchen and bar, right by the water on the Sur side. Lunch and dinner service; hours shrink off-season.

Beach bonfires
The default night out. Someone starts a fire on Playa Sur, a guitar and a drum appear, and that is the whole programme.
Hostel bars on Playa Sur
A few posadas and hostels run bars on solar and generator power, mostly December to February. They come and go, so ask on arrival.
Candombe drumming
Informal drum circles start up on the sand on summer nights, especially around the full moon. Nothing is scheduled or ticketed.
Stargazing
With no grid power the Milky Way is genuinely visible. Walk out past the last houses toward the lighthouse and look up.
