Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
Formula One closes its season under lights at Yas Marina in late autumn. Three-day grandstand tickets sell out months in advance.
Zayed Sports City Stadium
The national team plays here; Al Jazira use the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium. The Pro League runs August to May and tickets are inexpensive.
Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium
Internationals and franchise T10 cricket fill the Khalifa City ground between October and February, usually in front of a modest, cheap-seated crowd.
Falconry and camel racing
The hunting and equestrian exhibition falls in autumn, and camel races run at Al Wathba on winter weekend mornings — free to watch from the rail.
