A water park and a marine-animal park sharing a hilltop above Rincón de Loix. Mundomar suits under-sevens, Aqualandia the taller ones.

The quieter western beach — shallow, lifeguarded and lined with playgrounds and shade. Better for small children than Levante.

Glass-bottomed boats cross to the offshore island in about twenty minutes; peacocks, a snorkelling cove and a steep path to the top. Ages 4+.

July and August sit around 32°C by noon with little shade on Levante. Hotel buffets open from 6.30pm, which solves the late-dinner problem.
