Gaudí's basilica, still unfinished and still a building site inside. Entry is by timed slot and tickets must be bought in advance through the basilica's own site — there is no useful walk-up option; basilica with audioguide is €26, or €36 including a lift up one of the towers, and under-11s go free.

The mosaic terrace, the dragon stairway and the gatehouses sit inside a paid Monumental Zone costing €18, sold online only and for a half-hour arrival window; you get 30 minutes' grace after your slot and no re-entry once you leave. The wooded park around it is still free and open all day.

Domenech i Montaner's modernista concert hall, UNESCO-listed and lit by a stained-glass skylight over the stalls. A self-guided visit with a brochure is €20 and a guided or audio-guided tour €24; buying a ticket to an evening concert is the other way in.

Domenech i Montaner's former hospital campus, UNESCO-listed since 1997 and about ten minutes' walk uphill from the Sagrada Família along Avinguda de Gaudí. Self-guided entry is €18 before 14:00 and €17 after; open daily 09:30–18:30 April to October and 09:30–17:00 the rest of the year, last entry half an hour before close.

A Civil War anti-aircraft battery on a hilltop over the city, with the archaeology of the shanty district that stood here until 1990 alongside it. Free, run by the city history museum; bus 22 goes up. Exhibition hours are Wednesdays 10:00–14:00 and weekends 10:00–15:00 from October to May, and Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 16:00–19:00 in summer.
