Steall Falls and Nevis Gorge
Rough 3.5km return walk from the end of the Glen Nevis road to a 105 metre waterfall. Allow two hours; steep drops beside the path.
Neptune's Staircase
Telford's flight of eight canal locks at Banavie, free to walk at any time. A boat takes about 90 minutes to work through the lot.
Ben Nevis Distillery
Distillery at Lochy Bridge on the A82, founded in 1825 and open weekdays from 9.30am, plus weekends in summer. Book tours by phone.
