The widest, quietest stretch of sand, shallow and calm through the northeast wind months. Sunbeds, shade trees and lifeguards. Any age.

Coarser sand and bigger swell at the north end, with almost no development and a handful of stalls. Better for paddling than swimming. Ages 5+.

A short boat hop to two sea caves reached by steps, with rock pools and viewing decks. Half a morning. Ages 6+.

Traditional twin-outrigger sailboats take small groups out for an hour at sunset from White Beach; life jackets provided. Ages 4+.

Swim before ten and after four — the midday sun is severe and shade on the sand is thin. E-trikes have no seatbelts. Southwest monsoon runs July to October.
