A slightly older crowd, live music some nights, pub food and sport on the screens. Considerably calmer than the main strip.

Bamboo terraces along the river for a Beerlao as the karsts turn pink. They wind down at dark and the strip takes over.

A short walk of bars between the old airstrip and the river. Most quieten by 11.30pm and shut around midnight.
