Reggae Marathon, December
The marathon, half and 10K run out and back along the coast road before dawn in early December, finishing at Long Bay with a beach party.
Premier League football
Jamaica's top flight runs roughly September to May, but the nearest clubs are in Montego Bay and Kingston. Local parish matches are played on village grounds.
Cricket at Trelawny
The stadium outside Falmouth, about ninety minutes east, hosts internationals and Caribbean Premier League T20 matches in August and September.
Beach football and dominoes
