FC Bayern's home in Fröttmaning, north of the city on the U6. The combined Arena Tour and museum ticket is 25 € and takes about 2.5 hours, the museum alone 12 €; tours run daily in German and English with audio guides in 11 languages. Book ahead — tours do not run on match days.

Munich's other club, currently in the 3. Liga, in the city's oldest ground (1911, capacity about 15,000) out in Giesing. U1 to Wettersteinplatz. Cheap, loud, standing terraces and a completely different experience from the Allianz Arena; Bayern's reserve side use it too.

Opened on 27 September 2024 in the Olympiapark and shared by EHC Red Bull München (ice hockey, 10,796 seats) and FC Bayern Basketball (up to 11,500). Between the two there is something on most weeks from autumn to spring, and basketball tickets are usually the easier get.

11 October 2026, starting and finishing in the Olympiapark and running past Marienplatz, Sendlinger Tor and the Siegestor in between. A half marathon, a 10 km and a relay run alongside it, so there is an entry for most levels.

Built for the 1972 Games and still the only public 50 m indoor pool in Munich, with five pools and a 10 m diving tower at Coubertinplatz 1. Open daily 07:00–23:00; 6.90 € adults, 4.60 € reduced, 20.70 € family. U3 or U8, or buses 173, 180 and 144.
