The 26th edition runs on 24 and 25 October 2026, starting and finishing at the Heinz-Steyer-Stadion. A flat course through the old town and the Neustadt, with marathon, relay, half, 10 km and 5 km races plus a 1.8 km kids' marathon and a 400 m Bambini run. There is a race expo alongside it.

Run every April from the edge of Saxon Switzerland down the Elbe cycle path into Dresden, with a paddle steamer shadowing the field from Königstein. Marathon, half, 10 km, 5 km, a 2.7 km mini-marathon and a Bambini run; every distance has a participant cap, so enter early.
