Side 14 on the beachfront, billed by its operators as Estonia's largest water park. Open Sun–Thu 10:00–21:00 and Fri–Sat 10:00–22:00 most of the year, and daily 10:00–22:00 from 22 June to 23 August. A three-hour adult ticket is €22 Mon–Thu off season and €25 otherwise; children 4–6 pay €5–6 and under-3s are free with an adult.

A 70,000 m² theme park south of Pärnu built around Lotte, the Estonian children's character, with a summer season and a separate Christmas period. It is not open year-round and tickets are sold through the park's own booking link, so check the dates before driving out.

Ropes courses in the pines at Valgeranna, about ten minutes from town: six trails including one at 13 m, over 400 m of zip lines, and a children's park from age two. In September it is weekends only, tickets sold 11:00–17:00 with trails closing at 19:00; weekdays by booking.

The pine park immediately behind the sand, with playgrounds, wide paths and shade — where to retreat when the beach gets too hot or too windy. Free, and two minutes from the water.

The grassed moat below the old bastions on the edge of the old town, used for open-air events in summer and as an ordinary park the rest of the year. It is also the shortcut between the old town and the road down to the beach.
