Parken stadium
FC København and the national team play here. The Superliga runs July to May with a winter break from December to February; tickets go through the club.
Copenhagen Marathon
Run in May on a flat city loop, with the Copenhagen Half following in September. The Royal Run, a mass fun-run, takes place in late spring.
Handball at Royal Arena
The Danish league runs September to May and the national side is among the strongest in the world. Arena tickets are cheaper than football.
Harbour swimming
Free supervised baths at Islands Brygge, Sluseholmen and Nordhavn open in summer, with winter bathing clubs using the same ladders year-round.
