Tigres de Cartagena
The city's professional baseball side plays at the Estadio Once de Noviembre in the Colombian winter league, roughly October to January. Tickets are inexpensive.
Real Cartagena
Football at the Estadio Jaime Morón León, currently in the second tier. Colombian seasons run Apertura January–June and Finalización July–December.
Coastal boxing gyms
The Caribbean coast has sent a steady stream of fighters to world titles; neighbourhood gyms train in the open and local cards are cheap to attend.
Bocagrande at dusk
Beach football and volleyball fill the sand from late afternoon, and sailing regattas run out of the club during the November independence festivities.
