Battambang branch of the Shanghai styled cocktail bar, on Street 2, pouring infused gins alongside dim sum. Friday to Sunday, 5pm to midnight.

Wooden house bar on Street 1 above the Sangker river, open 5pm to midnight and to 3am on Fridays. Draught beer and a mixed expat crowd.

Circus school shows on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7pm. Adults $16, children $9, and the doors open an hour before.

Bats pour out of a cliff cave in one long ribbon at around 6pm, for roughly half an hour. Free from the road below, where drink stalls set up.

Backpacker bar on Street 2.5 with pool tables and happy hour from 5pm to 9pm. Live music or open mic on Saturdays; closes around 11pm.
